Dr. Melissa Tipton believes that caring for children means caring for the whole child not just symptoms, but emotions, development, and family concerns as well. As a board-certified pediatrician at White’s Pediatrics in Dalton, GA, she partners with parents to help children grow into healthy, confident adults.
Since joining White’s Pediatrics in 2021, Dr. Tipton has provided comprehensive pediatric care to families across Dalton and surrounding communities. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at Arkansas Children’s Hospital through the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Her osteopathic training shapes her belief that health includes physical, mental, emotional, and even spiritual well-being.
