As your child moves through the teen years and transitions to become a young adult, a lot of changes take place physically, emotionally and socially. These changes can be challenging for both parents and teens alike.
The care team at White’s Pediatrics will continue to serve as your medical home and guide you through the adolescent years and up to age 21 in an effort to help make a smooth, healthy transition to adulthood.
Our adolescent and young adult services include:
- Comprehensive Annual Well Physicals
- ADHD Evaluation and Care
- Adolescent Immunizations
- College Immunizations and Required Screenings
Additionally, we can also provide guidance and management of teen- and young adult-related challenges such as school performance problems, acne, mood and behavioral disorders, and orthopedic concerns.
Patients with complex behavioral health needs are referred to specialists for further evaluation, counseling and treatment.
